This pertains to your Electronic Freedom of Information Request (eFOI), dated July 17, 2023, relative to your request for exemption from registration of job contractor/subcontractor under Department Order No. 174, series of 2017, for the company ZTP Trucking and Logistics.
Please be guided that the following are the list of requirements to be complied in all requests for Exemption/Non-coverage on the Registration of Contractors and Sub - Contractors under Department Order No. 174, series of 2017:

Moreover, for clarification and uniform interpretation and application of the existing rules and guidelines and as a matter of procedure, requests for exemptions/non-coverage on D.O. 174-17 registration, including all the requirements thereof are required to be submitted by the requesting party/client to the Bureau of Local Employment (BLE) with the following address:

Let it be pointed out also that if your request for exemptions/non-coverage on D.O. 174-17 registration is approved by the BLE, the BLE will then inform you through an official letter, instead of a certificate, to be released by the DOLE Regional Office. An electronic mail will likewise be sent to you by the BLE informing you of the status of your request for exemptions/non-coverage whether it is denied or approved.
