Good day Sir/Ma'am, For clarification on DNFBPs. May we know if companies who leases out their properties are considered as DNFBPs? These companies do not engage in the buy and sell of properties nor do they engage in developing properties. If they are DNFBPs, how are they classified? The information taken here will be used to properly classify our clients in order for us to secure proper and complete documents. Hoping for your favorable response on this matter.
