Good day! I would like to clarify regarding on the status of my conso loan which is DND. I still have an outstanding balance of P16,991.68 and the Department is no longer deducting my loan balance. According to them, I should reach your office to process the request that my name should appear on the remittance list so that the department can continue to deduct on my remaining balance. However, none of your personnel is responding on my queries sent via txt and no one is picking up the phone (calling thru the number that they provided) respectively.
