Hi, I would like to request information, on whether or not regulations were violated in the construction of DMCI Homes Lumiere Residences 25 meters of the West Valley Fault in Pasig, Philippines. As my research has concluded, it appears DMCI Homes sits an approximate 25 meters away from the nearest portion of the West Valley Fault. High-rise condos *meters* away from one of the most hazardous faults in the Philippines. What regulations are involved in the construction of high-rise residential buildings near fault lines? Are there any?
