Dear Byron Erick Pesigan,
I refer to my letter of Aug 22, 2018 03:34:23 PM about your request under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for Distribution of Land Services Year 2017.
Per memorandum released by our Legal Affairs Office last 24 August 2018, any person who request information or documents in DOTr via the eFOI portal should "reasonably describe the information requested, and the reason for, or purpose of, the request for information." This also in accordance to E.O No. 2, the Freedom of Information Law.
In order for us to work further on your request, we need more information from you regarding your query. Please state from what school/agency you are, what is the purpose of the request, and to what extent you will use the information that you are requesting. Also, please specifically state what is your requested information as land transportation services is too vague and unclear.
During the period of us awaiting your reply, your request will be put on hold. If we do not receive a reply on or before Nov 27, 2018 08:34:52 AM, your request will be closed.

Dear Byron Erick,
I refer to my letter of Sep 04, 2018 about your request under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for Distribution of Land Services Year 2017. In particular, I had requested specific information for you to clarify upon in order for us to proceed with the request.
As we have not received a reply within the 60-day working period since the letter requesting for clarification was sent out, we regret to inform you that this request will be closed as of Nov 27, 2018.
You may wish to submit a new request describing the specific information you are looking for, and we will be able to consider it under the guidelines as stated in Executive Order No. 2.
Your right to request a review
If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to or visiting our central office. Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response, and should be made within 15 calendar days from the date when you received this letter.
