I refer to your letter of Feb 08, 2022 06:29:44 PM about your request under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for discharge (Q value) for the Angat River.
In order for us to work further on your request, we need more information from you regarding your query. Please send an official letter of your request for the Angat Discharge Data from 1991 to 2021 addressed to National Power Corporation Officer-In-Charge Usec. Donato D. Marcos. Also, please be informed that the NPC only provides 5-year data for free to the academe in exchange for a copy of your research/studies. If more than five years of data is required, the NPC imposes the following fees on data request:

Daily Data Php1.00 per daily data
Monthly Data Php3.00 per monthly data
In particular, it would be helpful to know if the data being requested is daily or monthly. In addition, the discharges of Angat Dam (Outflows) are through the Spillway, Auxiliary, Low Level Outlet (LLO) Turbines and Bypass Turbines which flow towards Ipo Dam while the Main Turbines flow towards Bustos Dam. With this, we ask on the particular data being requested in order for us to be able to facilitate the request.

Just one clarification, please:
May I ask if NAPOCOR has data on the river flow of Angat River system to the dam reservoir, daily or monthly, from 1990-2020?
Kindly note that it is not the discharge measurements coming out of the Angat Dam, but the river flows of the Angat River system that flows into the dam reservoir.
