Purpose: Cancellation of Real Estate Mortgage
Date of Coverage: 01/03/1994 - 01/26/1994
Tracking no: #NAP-053945069715
Hi! I would like to know how to get a certified true copy of the Discharge of Real Estate Mortgage for the Cancellation of Real Estate Mortgage in our land title with Title No. T-16952. For some reason, we were only sent a photocopy of the discharge, not the original one. Petron Corporation issued the discharge on January 26, 1994. The following information is indicated in the file we have: Doc. No. 410 Page No. 83 Book No. II Series of 1994
I would like to add the following information: I would like to request the Discharge of Real Estate Mortgage acknowledged before Notary Public Celia Regina Jr. Prieto, in favor of Mario S. Lucas in his capacity as Credit Manager of Petron Corporation, and entered in his Notarial Book No. 410 Page 83 Book II Series of 1994 issued at Makati, Metro Manila on January 26, 1994. If I can request copies or certifications of non-availability in case. Thank you.
