Hi! I would like to request a rating curve of Ilog Baliwag in Nueva Ecija to convert the water level into discharge. This data will be used for my thesis purposes, "Hydrologic Behaviour of a Watershed at Different Antecedent Rainfall and Soil Moisture Condition.
