This is to request from the DOH the following data: 1) Any studies evaluating the effectiveness of foreign aid (i.e. aid given by any non-Philippine institution, governmental or non-governmental) in achieving the goals and objectives of the DOH from 2010 to 2017. 2) If 1) is not available, data on foreign aid received by the DOH disaggregated according to: a. Source b. Financial conditions of aid (i.e. loans, grants, donations) c. Type of aid (i.e. project-based, budget support, research) d. DOH programs given e. Utilization rate
