You asked for list of suppliers of garden materials, BPI has no jurisdiction over supplier/ stores. We only accredit seed growers, issue clearance to importers. You may check BPI partner, the Philippine Seed Industry Association for their members list who are also selling agri inputs. You may check the DTI who gives business permits to legit suppliers
