Good day! I graduated at Negros Oriental State University Bayawan City Campus last 2009 with the course of Bachelor of Science in Computer Science. Since then I have been trying to get my diploma and TOR from them but they won't give it to me because they said I still have an outstanding balance with AMA University- Dasmariñas Campus. I had family issues back then and decided to just leave the school and got back here in Negros not knowing that this issue may come up in the future. Joanhannerose Ong is my maiden name.
