My name is Jay Mark Lamela. I am a graduate of the ALS back in 2013 at Buhisan Elementary School San Agustin Surigao Del Sur. I would like to request for a Certified Original Copy of my ALS Diploma as I have misplaced my original copy. I am requesting for another original one because I am applying for University this coming school year. I would be willing to pay any extra charges for this.
