Hi,
I am applying for a private education in singapore and one of the requiremetnt in e-application is the educational certificate number. 
However, the diploma issued to me has no certificate number whatsoever.

Appreciate your help on this. Here's my details;

Year attended: 1996-1999
Year graduate: Mar 23, 1999

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance  the information you have requested is part of the frontline service of the University Registrar. To request , you may file through request form at the University Registrar Office. You may also contact Dr. Rosemarie Theresa M. Your right to request a review

If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to  Dr. Reynaldo P.
