Your Request You asked for Diploma certificate. Response to Request Please be informed that the Department of Education (DepEd) Central Office (CO) does not have copy of learners’ school records. Hence, you are advised to get certification from the school where you graduated and bring it to the Schools Division Office (SDO) for a certified copy, since original school records are issued once only. If you need this for your job application abroad, you will bring the certification or school records to the Regional Office (RO) for certification, authentication, and verification (CAV) purposes.
