I would like to request for the copy of my Diploma and TOR. My vocational School had been closed permanently.
I graduated from Lorraine Computer and Technical School (Caloocan City), took up Computer Programming course in 2008. Thank you in advance for your kind response!

*Name ng Course na inyong kinuha
*Date start and date ended ng kurso po ninyo
Sa ganitong paraan po. Maari po namin kayong mabigyan ng Certificate of Closure ng School. Ngunit hindi po kami makakapagbigay ng TOR and Diploma.
