Hi, my name is Abdullah Manalig, I would like your assistance with my father's (Macapagal Sedik Manalig) school records from the 1980s. His school back then was Philippine Harvadian College Cotabato. which was burned back then. he started studying high school in the said school around School Year 1978-1981 and continued his college year till 1986, as an undergraduate. I am requesting this on behalf of my father as he needs his school record for work purposes in Saudi Arabia. Thank you and have a blessed day!

Your Request You asked for Diploma and Form 137. Response to Request Please be informed that the Department of Education-Central Office (DepEd-CO) does not keep learners’ school records. The original school records are issued once only, hence, you are advised to get certification from the school where you graduated and bring it to the Division Office for a certified copy. If you need this for your job application abroad, you need to bring the certification or school records to the Regional Office for authentication (DepEd Order No. 48, s. 2017 dated August 25, 2017). For further assistance, you may directly coordinate with the Schools Division Office (SDO) which has jurisdiction over the school the learner has attended.
