Dear Sir/Ma'am: Please furnish a copy of DILG Memorandum Circular No. 2022-124 dated 3 October 2022, on the "Conduct of Continuous Accreditation of Barangay Based Civil Society Organizations and Non-Government Organizations and the Selection of their Representatives / Membership in the Barangay Based Institutions". This MC is not available from the DILG website. My organization is developing a module for youth participation at the barangay level. Thank you.

Dear DILG: May I follow up my request quoted below, uploaded 11 April 2023. According to Section 9(b) of Republic Act No. 11032, or the Ease of Doing Business and Efficient Government Service Delivery Act of 2018, "(1) All applications or requests submitted shall be acted upon by the assigned officer or employee within the prescribed processing time stated in the Citizen’s Charter which shall not be longer than three (3) working days in the case of simple transactions and seven (7) working days in the case of complex transactions from the date the request and/or complete application or request was received." The request is only a simple transaction since it involves simply the text of an already-published Memorandum Circular. Thank you.
