Hi, I would like to request a true and complete copy of DILG Memorandum Circular 2004-61: Creation/Reorganization of the Youth Environmental Corps or Green Brigade. This will be used as a supporting document for the introduction of a Sanggunian Ordinance to operationalize the Green Brigade as established by Executive Order No. 52, s. 1998.
