Hello! I would like to request for a copy of the DILG Memorandum Circular No. 2002-121. It is not available in the DILG Website. This will be used as reference in drafting the EO for the Creation of the Municipal Council for the Protection of Children. The composition and functions are found in other documents, but we would like to acquire a copy of the Memorandum Circular for file copy. Thank you!
