I have received a Memo requiring the Authority To Conduct Seminar for us to proceed with the conduct of an SK Officials Training citing DILG MC No. 2020-19 approved on July 14, 2020. I checked in the DILG Website but I have not seen the said MC in the DILG Website which pertains to the requirement for the Authority to Conduct Seminar. Nonetheless, the DILG Website provides that the DILG MC No. 2020-19 pertains to 30th National Convention of the Provincial Board Members League of the Philippines (PBMLP) Reference No: MC No. 2020-019.
