Hi, in behalf of Barangay Western Bicutan, we would like to request for a copy of DILG DSWD DND Joint Memorandum Circular No. 1, s 2021 dated Mar. 31, 2021.

We've tried the websites of DILG, DSWD and DND but we can't find a copy online.
