Hi, I would like to request the different partnerships and initiatives done by DepEd in ensuring quality learning in terms of digital online and offline contents:
Ex:
1. Knowledge Channel - Is it purely transmitted on-air? How contents are shared in remote areas (CD/DVD?)
2. DepEd TV - purely national broadcast?
3. PLDT School in A Bag
4. DOST ASTI Digital Learning
How many students/schools reached, how are these implemented/maintained, what laws govern/limit these programs.

Dear Sir/Ma'am,
I am Rannie Salvador from the Ateneo de Manila University taking MS Electronics Engineering, I am writing to obtain information for my research study about Remote Management of Digital Education Content Distribution Platform. It intends to check feasibility of maintaining a platform that reaches communities. In line with this, I am asking for the following information that might help me gauge the feasibility of the research and other related data regarding the Department's partnerships for the following initiatives.
1. Knowledge Channel - Is the content transmission purely ON-AIR (Broadcast media)? How are the contents being shared in remote areas without access to TV broadcast? (via CD/DVD/Flash Drive?)
2. DepEd TV:
Is this purely national broadcast?
What are the guidelines in creating contents?
How many schools/students are catered and what education level (elementary, high school, college)?
3. PLDT School in A Bag
Are these digital contents or purely modules and books?
4. DOST ASTI Digital Learning
What are the methods of content distribution?
All of the four initiatives are top of mind but please add other existing partnerships with the same objective of bringing education to Filipinos aside from traditional classroom teaching.
