As part of my research, I would like to understand the distinction between Bahay Pag-asa and the RRCY in Region III. Specifically, I am curious about the process that a minor offender from Pampanga would go through. In the event that a minor offender is apprehended by the police in Pampanga, could you clarify whether they would typically be sent to a Bahay Pag-asa facility within Pampanga, such as Bahay Pag-asa Angeles or Bahay Pag-asa Mabalacat Pampanga, or would they be directed to the RRCY - Region III, located in Magalang, Pampanga?
