Thank you for your request dated Feb 06, 2020 11:37:30 AM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch.

Your request Dialysis Patients Statistics per Region (2018-2020) has been forwarded to the PRDR office that is in charge of the information you are requesting on August 25, 2020 for initial processing. On the same date, we have emailed you a letter requesting you to contact/email Dr. Teresita Susan Jorge, Program manager, REDCOP, for additional requirements regarding your requested information. On follow up with the office, however, we were informed that you have not contacted them up to the present.

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance the PRDR Office has informed us that the office does not have the information you have requested. However, you may wish to contact Dr. Teresita Susan Jorge, Program Manager, REDCOP at [email protected] for their available information that they may share with you. Or you may also resubmit a new FOI request only for available data (not specifically 2018-2020) through the NKTI eFOI portal. We will be very glad to assist you on your new request.
