Hello, my name is Emil Ramos and I work for the House of Representatives. I am conducting research on healthcare providers for employees of the Department of Foreign Affairs and comparing them to those of other government agencies. Specifically, I am interested in learning about the benefits that employees receive from their HMOs.

Response to your request 

We have not received clearance from the concerned office to release your requested information despite numerous follow-ups. In this regard, we wish to refer you to Section 5.8 of the FOI Manual:

“Failure to notify the requesting party of the action taken on the request within the period herein provided shall be deemed a denial of the request to information.”
