Hi! I would like to request for a copy of DFA DO 19A-95. I understand that a previous similar request have been made on this site before but the response only directed the person to an online copy of RA 7157 and not the Order. With this, may I please be provided a copy of the DO? I cannot search it on DFA's website or any site on the web. Thank you.

September 11, 2019 Dear Sharmaine, Thank you for your request under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for DFA DO 19A-95. Response to Your request While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance, upon further evaluation of your request, please be advised that internal documents such as Department Orders pertaining to the conduct of foreign affairs is recognized in international law and in the Inventory of Exceptions to Executive Order No. 2, the Order which operationalized the right to information. Therefore, DFA is constrained by law from issuing copies of the subject documents to the public. Nonetheless, we were able to determine that provisions for public knowledge of this particular Department Order is already available online in the form of RA 7157.
