Purpose: Research for in-house financing schemes
Date of Coverage: 12/31/2018 - 12/31/2018
Tracking no: #HLURB-962941794217
Hi, My name is Marie Ferleine Soriano, a Mass Communication student of St. Theresa's College and I'm currently doing a research on real estate developers, especially their in-house financing schemes. With the proliferation of the in-house financing scheme in the real estate industry, we will require these financing schemes to be regulated as interest rates are ballooning and this might create a real estate bubble, similar to what happened in the United States when they had a recession. You might be able to provide a list of developers that you have denied or suspended permits due to this.
April 16, 2019 Dear Marie Ferleine Soriano, Greetings! Thank you for your request dated Mar 26, 2019 09:40:26 AM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch. Your request You asked for Developers with high in-house financing interest rates. Response to your request While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office does not have the information you have requested.
