Hi, I would like to request a schedule for an interview and details/overview of city's implementation of its HR Reform Program and Pasig GEMS. I am currently working on a research concerning best practices and gaps of the Local Government Unit of Pasig in the implementation of the Omnibus Rules on Appointments and Other Human Resources Actions (ORA-OHRA), focusing on the regularization of 2,397 and promotion of 5,783 Pasig City employees between July 2019 and April 2022.
