Hi ma'am/sir, Requesting for a DUPA for any SMA (Item 734) Overlay Project which has already been completed or has not started yet. We aim to promote use of SMA design in Region VII but we need to cover all bases such as price analysis between SMA vs conventional design (Item 310). Thank you.

July 22, 2022 Dear Giancarlo Llacuna, I refer to my letter of Jul 15, 2022 09:13:15 PM about your request under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for Detailed Unit Price Analysis (DUPA) for Stone Mastic Asphalt (SMA) Item 734 Completed Projects.
