Good day! I am Mhel Handrian A. Pineda, R&D electronics design engineer of MVP Asia Pacific Inc. in Clark, Pampanga. We would like to request if there is a documentation (or alternative) of how to avail a franchise (may it be in congress) and other requirements, procedure, policies and regulations that needs to be undertaken. Such inquiry will be used for establishing a data center connected directly to undersea cable systems that exist such as AAG. I hope you can help us. Thank you.
