Good day. I am a civil engineering student from Polytechnic University of the Philippines. I am needing a detailed plan of a 2-storey residential house with a minimum floor area of 100 sqm for my term project in quantity takeoff for my Quantity Surveying subject. The plan shall include details in: 1. Structural Plan 2. Architectural Plan 3. Plumbing Plan 4. Electrical Plan I hope you can help me with this. Thank you very much.
May 31, 2022 Dear Angelique, Greetings! Thank you for your request dated May 30, 2022 under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch. Your request You asked for Detailed Plan of any 2-storey residential house with 100 sqm floor area. Response to your request While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office does not have the information you have requested. DPWH is mandated to undertake (a) the planning of infrastructure, such as national roads and bridges, flood control, water resources projects and other public works, and (b) the design, construction, and maintenance of national roads and bridges, and major flood control systems. You may wish to contact the Building Officials of any City or Municipality regarding to your request.
