Hi, 

I am a master's student in Hasselt University and I am researching about the Road Safety in Metro Manila. May I request for the detailed data of the road crashes from 2012-2018 in Metro Manila? I checked the road crashes in the site DRIVERS but there are some points/crashes that need to be cross-referenced with the actual data from your department. This data will help me create a software that could contribute to the improvement of road safety in Metro Manila.
