In January 2020, I requested a Detailed Breakdown of the 2,709 bridges in the Duterte Legacy Infographics
I got the following reply:

...book attached to it that you may pick-up at the Stakeholders Relations Service - DPWH Head Office, Bonifacio Drive, Port Area, Manila, after the Enhanced Community Quarantine.
