I kindly request the following documents/data for my undergraduate thesis (any available data that may be helpful for the study). I'm proposing an urban lifestyle center in Pasay City (integration of nature with retail, recreation, and leisure wellness)

Good day!
The information requested will be used for the development and designing phase for my undergraduate architecture thesis at University of Santo Tomas. My proposd project is an urban lifestyle center in Pasay City (integration of nature with retail, recreation, and leisure wellness). As part of the project, design guidelines for retail/shopping center and safety standards shall be utilized in designing spaces for the proposed project while Data on the number of wellness tourists in PH shall be used for research purposes.
I'm looking forward for the positive response as this will be a great help for my undergraduate thesis. Rest assured that all information will only be used for academic purposes. Thank you!

I refer to my letter of Oct 01, 2023 about your request under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for Design Guidelines Standards for Retail/ Shopping Center in PH. In particular, I had requested specific information for you to clarify upon in order for us to proceed with the request.
As we have not received a reply within the 60-day working period since the letter requesting for clarification was sent out, we regret to inform you that this request will be closed as of Dec 22, 2023.
You may wish to submit a new request describing the specific information you are looking for, and we will be able to consider it under the guidelines as stated in Executive Order No. 2.
Your right to request a review
If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to or visiting our central office.
