May 19, 2021 Dear Lorenza Gail Taay, Greetings! Thank you for your request dated May 04, 2021 10:53:57 PM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch. You asked for the (1) design guidelines or requirement for carabao enclosures; (2) husbandry and breeding procedures; (3) list or plans of available facilities. Your FOI request is approved. I enclosed a copy of some of the information you requested. We have attached a file on the design guidelines for carabao enclosures and the list of available facilities. Please see the attached file. For the husbandry and breeding procedures, you may refer to the Dairy Buffalo Handbook of PCC. If you may want to get a copy, you may write a request letter to PCC addressed to the Executive Director to obtain one. If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to Cecilia C. Abo, [email protected]. Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response, and should be made within 15 calendar days from the date when you received this letter.
