We would like to request the "Design Guidelines for Agricultural Research and Development" and the "Design Guidelines for Agricultural Product Processing Facility" as part of our thesis work focused on establishing a facility for Pineapple by-products. Your assistance in providing these resources would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
January 5, 2024 Dear Cheska, Greetings! Thank you for your request dated Nov 26, 2023 under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch. Your request You asked for Design Guidelines for Agricultural Research and Development. Response to your request While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office does not have the information you have requested. The Bureau of Agricultural Research supports establishment and upgrading of research for development facilities through the Research Facilities Development Program. We evaluate the project proposals based on its functionalities, services to be offered to different stakeholders, and relevance to agriculture/fisheries research. Unfortunately, we do not have data with regards to architectural design for pineapple. Agricultural R&D Centers are usually designed based on their intended function/s. We suggest that you seek assistance from other institutions that can provide you with the needed information. You might also want to explore consulting with architects and engineers who have done projects of the same concept.
