Hi! I would like to request the COMPLETE VOLUME (vol 1, 2a, 2b, 2c, 3, 4, 5, & 6) of the DESIGN GUIDELINES, CRITERIA & STANDARD of DPWH for us to have a reference for the standards of our ongoing projects with the said department.

Dear Sarah Lee Lee, Thank you for your request dated Feb 21, 2020 04:37:21 PM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for Design Guidelines, Criteria & Standards. Hereunder is the reply from DPWH Bureau of Research and Standards: "We regret to inform you that we cannot provide your request inasmuch as we are not authorized to distribute the electronic copies of the said Standard Specifications. The Department only allows distribution of the hard copies of the DPWH Standard Specifications and retails it for the price of Php 750.00 per book. ...it is advised that we wait for the completion and release of DPWH Standard Specifications latest edition."
