Thank you for your request dated Sep 09, 2020 under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for Design Criteria for Roads and Highways, and Railway in the Philippines.
Please be informed that Design Criteria for Roads and Highways are all in the Design Guidelines, Criteria and Standards (DGCS). Unfortunately, DGCS has copyright from AASHTO which is exclusive for DPWH only. Therefore, any unauthorized copy and use might serve as a copyright infringement. For more information, kindly contact the DPWH-Bureau of Design through these numbers 5304-3090 / 5304-3504 / 5304-3585.
About the Design Criteria for Railways in the Philippines, please be informed that the DPWH is mandated to undertake (a) the planning of infrastructure, such as national roads and bridges, flood control, water resources projects and other public works, and (b) the design, construction, and maintenance of national roads and bridges, and major flood control systems. With this, it is advised that you direct your request to the Department of Transportation.
