Dear Ma'am/Sir, Good day, I hope you are well. Some time I had a derogatory comment on file against my name. Would it be possible for me to request another check to ensure I no longer have any negative comments as my passport is still with the D.O.J and I'm somewhat concerned, I would like to retrieve my passport and take care of any and all fees to bring my immigration status up to date. My information is as follows. Thank you in advance for your assistance and I wish you a good day. Jake Greevy 21st September 1986 532117023 (p-port number) Great Britain Male
