Hi!
Is there a legal issuance by the government or any of its agencies or branches, including the Department of Education, that provides a guide on dealing with instances where the parents may/are subject teachers or class advisers of their own children, especially when there are other teachers who may also be assigned to the class?
If no explicit issuance may be found or has been released, what is the department's official position on the matter? Does it encourage that another teacher is assigned to handle when the co-teacher has his/her child in the class?
