Greetings! I would like to ask for a copy of the Position and Competency Profiles of all positions in your department. These include the position, job description, education/qualification standards, salary grade, positions reporting to and supervised, duties and responsibilities, and required competencies. By ALL positions, I mean starting from the lowest rank in any office/agency under and/or attached to the department up to Secretary, whether contractual or permanent in nature. Such information will be used as guide for my career exploration as I approach college life. TY

Greetings of peace.
I asked for a copy of the Position and Competency Profiles (PCPs) of all positions in the DepEd to be guided of the jobs available in your department. Being armed with civil service knowledge since my mother is a government employee, I am interested to learn more about different career paths available for public education service. In fact, I already have read PCPs of several positions in your department - Schools Division Offices, however, I only have seen them on the internet without a credible person/signatory as source.
In line with this, please refer my concern to the appropriate bureau/division/unit to furnish me a copy of the DepEd PCPs of all positions in all bureaus, services, divisions, and units on the DepEd Central Office and Field Offices (Region, Division, Schools). Furthermore, may I request that such copy be signed by the Secretary (or in her absence, the Undersecretary concerned), which will serve as corroborator for the information to be provided in the data request.
