I am sending you this request for me to ask you if you have a copy of the Department Order No. 17, s. 1970, including all other documents (i.e. orders, memoranda) relating to class suspensions dating all the way back from 1900 (under the now-defunct Bureau of Education and Department of Public Instruction). Would love to hear from you as soon as possible.

I refer to my letter of Mar 16, 2020 about your request under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for Department Order No. 17, s. 1970 and Other Related Documents. In particular, I had requested specific information for you to clarify upon in order for us to proceed with the request.
As we have not received a reply within the 60-day working period since the letter requesting for clarification was sent out, we regret to inform you that this request will be closed as of Jun 08, 2020.
You may wish to submit a new request describing the specific information you are looking for, and we will be able to consider it under the guidelines as stated in Executive Order No. 2.
