Hi! I would like to request for a copy of the following Memorandum Circular: 1. Department of Interior and Local Government (DILG) Memorandum Circular (MC) No. 2002-108 – dated July 11, 2002 entitled Amending and Clarificatory Guidelines on MC 2001-163, encouraging the creation of Local Councils of Women (LCW) issued on November 20, 2001 in response to RA No. 7192 otherwise known as the “Women in Development and Nation Building Act”; This will be used to incorporate for the GAD Code of Tagum City, Davao del Norte
