Hi! I would like to request the e-copy of the Department of Education Memo no. 27 s. 1970. This is for clarification in reference to one of researches/written work of Julieta M. Savellano entitled "Teacher Education in the Philippines" published in 1999 from ADMU's journal. In the said work, she cited the said memo in regards to the "Revised Teacher Education Program" of which it includes the now-defunct Integrated Teacher Education Program (ITEP). Thank you.
