Hi! I would like to ask for the position of DENR to execute decision of DENR Case No. 5899, CENR Officers already implemented the decision last September 2018 with regards to the case, telling the Protestant thar the subject premises they are occupying is still belongs to the winning party but the aggrieved party refused to vacate the premises. CENRO tells us that they don’t have the police power to order the aggrieved party to vacate the premises but I found out that the Land Management Bureau has the police power to execute decisions. Does DENR have the police power to order ejectment?
