To determine the viability of a proposed infrastructure project(s), we are conducting a Cost and Benefit Analysis (CBA) as well as an Environmental, Social and Economic Analysis (ESEA) of a proposed government project by DPWH CALABARZON Region (Calumpang River Basin Project). As indicated in our project TOR and in preparation for environmental impact assessments and other considerations, we would like to be guided by DENR Administrative Order No. 30-03 DAO 2003-30 and its procedural manual.
