Hi! Good day! I would like to request your good office for the reconsideration of my application for the DOLE-OWWA AKAP Cash assistance and sent all the needed document hence, it was denied. It will be a great help for our family if this petition was reconsidered since I have no source of income during this pandemic and will be used for my mother's Maintenance Medicine for High Blood and Diabetes. Hoping for your kind consideration regarding about this matter. Thank you and God Speed

October 24, 2021 Dear Mr. Khristopher Bang, Greetings! Thank you for your request dated Oct 18, 2021 08:14:28 PM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch for an update of your DOLE-AKAP Application. OWWA Verification System shows that you applied online on October 15, 2021 and was evaluated by OWWA Region 4A as DISAPPROVED since you can not show proof of loss of job on account of COVID 19. Further, your employment contract as per POEA data was completed in March 2021 and you have no current/active OEC issued to you. If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to Administrator Hans Leo J. Cacdac at email: [email protected]. Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response and should be made within FIFTEEN (15) calendar days from the date you received this letter. We will complete the review and tell you the result within THIRTY (30) calendar days from the date we received your review request.
