I would like to request the below-mentioned for my study on dengue.
1. Annual No. of cases and incidence of dengue nationwide from 2000 - 2017 with stratification per age and sex
2. Annual No. of cases and incidence of dengue from 2000 - 2017 nationwide stratified per age and sex in each region
3. Annual No. of cases and incidence of dengue in NCR from 2000 - 2017 with stratification per city/municipality, age, and sex
4. Annual No. of cases and incidence of dengue in Quezon City from 2000 - 2017 with stratification per barangay, age, and sex

You asked for Dengue Cases and Incidence.
Response to Request
Your FOI request is approved. I enclose a copy of the data for your query on item no. (3) and (4). Although please note that as of the moment, we are only able to provide you the Municipality level data from 2012-2017.
While the data for the annual cases and incidence of dengue nationwide can be viewed in our Field Health Service Information System Annual Reports at https://www.doh.gov.ph/publications
The morbidity rate for dengue can be found in Chapter 4- Notifiable diseases.
Your right to request a review
