You asked for Demography of Cancer Patients of UP-PGH Cancer Institute. We request you to initially seek endorsement from the UP Manila Research Ethics Board prior to the approval of this request, intended for research purposes. It can be accessed online through the UPMREB website (reb.upm.edu.ph). Subsequently, he/she also needs to register to the Research Grants Administration Office (RGAO) via online. Once appropriate clearances have been obtained, the PGH Expanded Hospital Research Office (EHRO) will issue a permit for the request to proceed. For clarification and other inquiries pertaining to the conduct of research in PGH, the EHRO can be reached at telephone number 8554-8400 local 2064. Its office is located on the second floor of UP PGH.
