Your request

You requested information on the following for your undergraduate architectural thesis: (1) Yearly Statistical Data of Geriatric patients or elderly patients. (at least for the past 5 years.); (2) Guidelines in designing a facility for Geriatric Medicine; and (3) Current Organizational Chart of Philippine General Hospital.

Response to your request

Unfortunately, the DSWD does not have the information you need. Thus, we are constrained to
deny your request.

For numbers (1) and (2), data might be available at the Department of Health (DOH) since geriatric patient care and treatment is within the purview of DOH. Hence, you may wish to direct your request to the DOH. You may make another request via this portal. You may also contact them by telephone at 651-7800 local 5001-5006 or via email at [email protected].

For number (3), the Philippine General Hospital (PGH) is under the University of the Philippines System (UP System). Hence, you may wish to direct your request to the UP System in another request via this portal.

Your right to request a review
